Murukku Recipe

Ingredients:-

4 cups raw rice (Powdered)
Half cup white gram (Powdered)
25g white sesame seeds
25g cumin seeds
2 tablespoon asafetida powder
100g butter
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Method
1. Soak asafoetida, salt in water.
2. Mix rice flour, urad flour, salt water, cumin, sesame seeds and butter together into a dough.
3. If needed add more water.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan. 
5. With the help of murukku press, press the dough in desired shapes in the oil. 
6. Remove it from oil when fried and store.
