Ingredients:
Potato 1 kg
Mint Paste 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 Tbsp
Garlic Chopped as required
Green Chilly 2 no.'s
Salt 2 Tbsp
Chaat Masala 2 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves Approx.10 g
Method:
Boil,peel and chop potatoes.Fry them till golden brown.Add mint paste,lemon juice,chopped garlic,chopped green chilly,salt to taste and mix well.Sprinkle chaat masala.Add chopped green coriander leaves.
