Cheese Omelette

Ingredients:

1 onion -chopped
2 tbsp milk
1 tomato-chopped
2green chillies-chopped
2 tbsp green coriander (dhania)-chopped
1/4 tsp salt and black pepper to taste

OTHER INGREDIENTS

1. tbsp oil or butter
2. tbsp cheese-grated


Method:
  1. Beat eggs till fluffy. Mix in all ingredients, except cheese and oil.
  2. In a micro proof dish, heat butter or oil for 30 second. Spread at the base evenly.
  3. Pour in beaten eggs. Spread at the base of the dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Microwave at 80% power for 3 minutes. Give standing time for 3 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with toasts and tomato ketchup.
