Ingredients:
1 onion -chopped
2 tbsp milk
1 tomato-chopped
2green chillies-chopped
2 tbsp green coriander (dhania)-chopped
1/4 tsp salt and black pepper to taste
OTHER INGREDIENTS
1. tbsp oil or butter
2. tbsp cheese-grated
Method:
- Beat eggs till fluffy. Mix in all ingredients, except cheese and oil.
- In a micro proof dish, heat butter or oil for 30 second. Spread at the base evenly.
- Pour in beaten eggs. Spread at the base of the dish. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Microwave at 80% power for 3 minutes. Give standing time for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot with toasts and tomato ketchup.
